Two of London Ambulance Service’s most experienced medics have been recognised in the Queen’s Birthday Honours announced on Friday 11 June.
Consultant midwife Amanda Mansfield has been awarded an MBE for ‘Services to Midwifery’ in the latest round of honours, while clinical team manager Jason Morris received a Queen’s Ambulance Medal.

The NHS announced on Wednesday that ambulance crews in England will be given body-worn cameras to try to reduce attacks on frontline medics.
This follows ongoing trials which have seen London Ambulance Service crews trial wearing the cameras.
