Trust Board

Membership and appointment

Our Trust Board is made up of 14 members — our Chair, six non-executive directors, two associate non-executive directors and five executive directors (including our chief executive).

Our Executive Leadership Team consists of the executive directors who are on the Trust Board and five non-executive directors.

The chief executive and the other executive directors are appointed through a process of open advertising and formal selection interview. Non-executive directors are appointed by the same method but through NHS Improvement. All executive appointments are permanent and subject to normal terms and conditions of employment.

Meetings and Board papers for 2018

The meetings start at 9am and are usually held at our Headquarters, 220 Waterloo Road, London SE1 8SD. For a map, see the how to find us page.

The first part of the meeting is open to everyone. If you want to attend a meeting, please contact the Committee Secretary for an agenda and papers and to discuss any special requirements: committeesecretary@londonambulance.nhs.uk

If you have a question for one of the board members you should send it to the Trust Secretary at least 48 hours before the meeting.

Board meetings will take place from 9:00am to 12:00pm, unless otherwise stated, on the following dates in 2018:

  • Tuesday 27 February
  • Tuesday 28 March
  • Tuesday 24 April (12:30pm to 5pm)
  • Thursday 24 May
  • Tuesday 31 July
  • Tuesday 25 September (the Annual General Meeting will also be held on this date)
  • Tuesday 27 November

  • Tuesday 29 January
  • Tuesday 26 March
