Urgent and Emergency Care Translated Information

Language barriers can make it difficult for people to access healthcare.

With more than 50,000 people who reside in Greater London who cannot speak English at all, and over 300,000 with limited English proficiency, we are introducing printable translated leaflets in the most common languages spoken in London.

We have also created an English HTML text version of the leaflet which you can translate using the built‑in translation tool at the top right of this webpage. If you have any difficulties using the Google Translate tool on this webpage, you can also use this link to translate information.
