Disability Confident

Disability Confident is a government scheme designed to encourage employers to recruit and retain disabled people and those with health conditions. It has replaced the previous “Two Ticks” scheme which guarantees interviews to disabled staff who meat essential criteria for roles amongst other interventions.

We are currently a Disability Confident: Committed (Level 1) employer, with aspirations to become Employer (Level 2) and Confident (Level 3) in the near future.
