Our locations

The London Ambulance Service NHS Trust Headquarters is located at 220 Waterloo Road, London, SE1 8SD (view in Google Maps).

Our life-saving teams are based at locations across the capital, including our 999 control rooms, educations centres and ambulance stations.

Observational shifts, visits and placements  

If you are a journalist, or work for a government agency or official body, you can get in touch with our Press Office, by emailing [email protected], to enquire about arranging an observational shift or visit to one of our sites. 

If you are a healthcare professional and would like to enquire about arranging an observational shift, please email [email protected] 

If you are a student paramedic looking to arrange an elective placement, please email [email protected]. 

Please note that observational shifts, visits and placements are only offered in exceptional circumstances and are subject to strict approval criteria. Please state the reason for your request if you get in touch. If approved, visitors must comply with the Trust’s Observer Policy.
