Budgets and variance reports
Papers containing updated budget information are presented to each meeting of the trust board.
A Capital Programme report is contained within the monthly finance report issued to the trust board.
Contracts and tendering
As an NHS Trust we must obtain quotations / tenders for the goods and services we procure. This allows for fair and transparent competition within the marketplace. We use the NHS-wide electronic tendering system for this.
