We were called at 4.19pm to reports of a fire in Abinger Grove, SE8.
We sent four ambulance crews, two single clinicians in fast response cars, our hazardous area response team and two officers to the scene.
Our staff treated five patients for smoke inhalation including a seven year old boy and a 13 year old girl. All five were taken to Lewisham General Hospital.
