This disclosure log shows requests received
for information under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and the
responses we have provided.
The log was launched in August 2010, and
due to the number of enquiries that we have received and the time
needed to maintain it, we have initially started to publish the
most recent responses and will update it on a regular basis.
Our disclosure log is anonymised but organised
by theme and provides the date of the request, the reference
number, a brief description of the subject, and a link to a pdf
version of the full response.
Please note: Many requests
can be answered by information that is already on our website, so
you do not have to use the Freedom of Information Act to make
general enquiries about the Trust but can approach the relevant
department by visiting the talking
with us section.
