Our
publication scheme has been produced in line with
section 20 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, under which
the Information Commissioner has approved a new model publication
scheme for use by all public authorities from 1 January
2009.
Please be aware that you do not have to use the Freedom of
Information Act to make general enquiries about the
Service. Have a look at the talking to us
page for the most appropriate person to speak to.
If you wish to use the Act to request
information that is not available here, you can contact us by email
or post. Please note that all Freedom of Information requests must
be made in writing.
This publication scheme is divided
into two parts:
- Introduction and guide to the scheme
- Classes
of information:
If after reading these pages you are not able to
find the information you are looking for, please use the
information request form to submit your enquiry.
Disclosure log
You may also be able to find more details in our disclosure log,
which was first set up in August 2010. It shows requests
received for information under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act
and the responses we have provided.
