The Queen's Diamond Jubilee weekend was
very busy, with over one million visitors attending the
celebrations.
We had over 200 dedicated London ambulance staff on bicycles,
motorcycles, ambulances and teams on foot. We also worked with St
John Ambulance, who operated treatment centres, and the British Red
Cross to ensure that people celebrating in central London got
medical help when they needed it.
In total, 1,151 patients were treated by ambulance staff.

A royal history
To commemorate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee we have
gathered together photos and information looking back at the
Service's history with the Royal family.
