Our Annual Report and Quality Account 2011-12 have now been
published.
Annual Report 2011-12
The report contains facts and figures from the
past year and is a record of what has been achieved. The
report also contains an interview with the Chairman, Richard Hunt
CBE and Chief Executive, Peter Bradley.
Quality Account 2011-12
Our Quality Account reports on some of the progress we are
making in achieving our vision. Last year we identified a number of
quality areas where we would make improvements and this report
describes the progress we have made. In addition, we identify new
priorities for the coming year and will report on their progress in
next year’s Quality Account.
