A night on the booze bus treating and tweeting

One Friday night in December 2011, Paramedic Brian Hayes used the Service’s Twitter page to highlight his colleagues' work on the booze bus – a specially-adapted ambulance to look after patients who have had too much to drink.

We hope the initiative will help the Service to draw attention to the health risks people take by overdoing it with alcohol.
