Whitbread explaining how our staff treat patients suffering a
heart
attack.
The video was commissioned by the Department of Health when Mark
was short listed for an NHS leadership award in 2009 for his
work to improve heart attack care in London.
Heart attack survivor Robert Ainsworth, who was treated by
ambulance staff in April 2008, also appears in the video.
