We believe that we will be better
placed to achieve our goals by becoming an NHS foundation
trust.
This status will:
- give us more freedom to
develop our services
- enable our patients, staff
and local communities to have a greater say in how we develop and
deliver our services
- give us more freedom in how we
use our money.
