We run free lessons where you can learn how to save a
life.
The two-hour session will give you the skills to help someone
who is choking or suffering a cardiac arrest or heart attack.
You'll also learn how to use a defibrillator, a machine
that delivers an electric shock to restart someone's heart when it
stops beating.
We work with the British Heart Foundation to offer the Heartstart
course to members of the public and increase the number of
people in London who know how to save a life.
There are currently no open sessions arranged. However,
details of any open session will appear on this page.
If you would like to learn lifesaving skills please call
